From Army to G4S Driver

Keith's career progressed as he moved to the Leicester branch in 2008, combining driving with office duties and training. He later became an Operational Trainer in Coventry, quickly earning a senior role despite being the newest team member. He was promoted to Training Manager in 2022 and then to his current role as Learning & Development Manager. His achievements include successfully transitioning from a driver to a leadership position, demonstrating his adaptability and commitment. He developed skills in training, operations, and management. Keith's impact includes improving training programmes and developing employees within Cash Solutions UK. He has received recognition for his leadership and contributions to the company. His current responsibilities include overseeing learning and development initiatives. His future aspirations involve continuing to develop his leadership skills and contributing to G4S's growth. He encourages others transitioning from military service to embrace learning and persevere through setbacks.
