The highlight of Shahinur Begum’s career, so far, is being recognised by a client as Guard of the Year in 2023. The fact that the client in question is the US Embassy in Bangladesh and the award was presented by the US Ambassador underlines the enormity of her achievement.

Consistent qualities across her career

Shahinur joined the G4S Bangladesh team in April 2007. Since then, she has consistently demonstrated the qualities that saw her singled out for an award by the US Embassy in Dhaka.

These include outstanding communication skills. Shahinur is described by colleagues as someone they can rely on to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
