Gamze Özcan’s achievements recognised in national award

After 17 years of work in the security sector, Gamze’s exemplary work and leading role was officially celebrated by Türkiye’s Security Services Organisation Association (GÜSOD).

As G4S Türkiye Managing Director, Kağan Gümüş, said: “GÜSOD’s awards evening is a prestigious event that promotes excellence and rewards successful performances in the private security industry. This year, Gamze Özcan and her colleague, Mehmet Yeşi̇lkaya, both valuable members of the G4S team, stood out for their outstanding achievements.”

He added: “This awards ceremony is a confirmation of the dedication and high standards of our team members in the security industry.”

Gamze received a seniority and excellence award, celebrating her 17 years of service in the security industry.

Stands out for strong communication skills

Gamze started her career working as a security guard at a hotel complex and subsequently rose to the position of Shift Supervisor. Currently, she works at at an Embassy and continues to prove herself to be a high performer in all aspects of her role.

Gamze is described by colleagues as always ready and supportive of teamwork and cooperation who stands out for her strong communication skills and efficient performance in relations with both customers and employees.
