Carlos Vidal Sanchez joined G4S Colombia in March 2011 as a CCTV Operator in the North-Western region. His background in Business Administration and a diploma in Human Management provided a solid foundation. He was drawn to G4S by the opportunity to work in the security sector. Leading HR for G4S Colombia

Carlos's career progressed rapidly, culminating in his promotion to Director of Human Resources Management in Barranquilla in October 2022. He previously held the position of Head of Regional Operations Santander. His achievements include successfully managing multiple zones and clients, demonstrating strong operational leadership. He developed expertise in client relationship management and operational efficiency. His impact on G4S Colombia is evident in his contributions to client retention and growth, particularly in the eastern region. He received recognition for his quick learning, excellent client relationships, and exemplary leadership. His current responsibilities include overseeing all HR processes for approximately 1,400 employees in the northern region. He is responsible for driving operational service excellence, employee retention, development, and well-being. He also leads Health and Safety strategies, aiming to achieve the company's zero-harm objective. His future aspirations include further developing his leadership skills within HR and contributing to G4S's strategic growth in Colombia. He aims to foster a positive and productive work environment for all employees.
