Performance Officer
£25,000 - £30,000 per annum
40 hours per week, Monday - Friday
Home Based with travel within the North West of England, a Company Car will be provided.
G4S Employment Support Services (ESS) deliver the RESTART employability programme on behalf of DWP.
The RESTART contract will support individuals into long term employment across the North West through our network of Suppliers and Stakeholders.

We are looking to recruit a dedicated Performance Officer to join our team.
The purpose of this role will be to identify potential performance and ways to ensure that any performance relating to Restart is claimed in a successful, compliant and timely manner throughout the supply chain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Supply Chain Partners to ensure that all contractual targets and KPIs are achieved within the appropriate timescales.
- Work closely with the Customer Experience time to address any knowledge gaps in the Supply Chain that are impacting on performance.
- Work closely with Employer Engagement teams to develop opportunities to drive performance.
The Ideal Candidate:
Essential Criteria:
- Proven experience in building and maintaining working relationships with internal and external partners.
- The ability to analyse and use data to support achievement of goals.
- Proven ability to identify trends and amend goals accordingly.
- IT Literate.
- The ability to communicate professionally both verbally and in writing.
