We are looking to recruit a Refrigeration Engineer to join our friendly team at a prestigious building in Cheltenham to deliver planned and reactive maintenance on refrigeration systems of various sizes.  This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 7am and 4pm. Overtime is available.


Some of the key responsibilities of the role are:


  • Undertake maintenance and reactive works on a variety of refrigeration systems including water & air cooled chillers, split systems, VRV/VRF systems and catering refrigeration systems.

  • Undertake all work to a high standard whilst maintaining a safe working environment for all stakeholders in accordance with the SLA and KPIs, site policies, Health and Safety rules and regulations.

  • Respond to defects, faults and client requests, identifying root causes of breakdowns and faults.

  • Identify, and arrange for the purchase of materials required to undertake remedial work or maintenance tasks as well as maintaining and updating F gas records 

  • Develop and maintain day to day contact with client representatives.

The Ideal Candidate:

Essential Criteria:


  • C&G 6187-02 NVQ Level 2 + C&G 2079-11.

  • experience in a facilities maintenance environment or similar.
