We are looking to recruit a Deputy Shift Supervisor to join our friendly team at a prestigious building in Cheltenham to assist the Shift Supervisor in their role in coordinating maintenance activities within the shift team. This is a full-time role working 42 hours per week working various shifts covering 24 hrs. Overtime is available.


 

Some of the key responsibilities of the role are:

 

  • Assist with the Supervision of Shift staff and on-site contracts undertaking PPM & reactive works, ensuring they are carried out in accordance with SLA's & KPI’s.

  • Responsible for running the site and providing key point of contact for personnel.

  • Assist with the reporting of team performance in terms of PPMs and reactive and corrective works.

  • Monitor, site operation and utilise BMS, ENMS and FMIS outputs to optimise service delivery.

  • Maintain records and  produce regular and ad hoc reports as required.

  • Undertake auditing, review productivity, drive innovation and quality within service delivery


The Ideal Candidate:

Essential Criteria:

 

  • Trained as a mechanical or electrical technician.

  • Have significant experience of working in a complex FM environment.

  • Good leadership skills and experience.
