We have an exciting opportunity for an IT Manager to join our friendly team based in Cheltenham, to work on a variety of projects that we are putting in place for both G4S on site and for the client.


This is a full time role working 40 hours per week, between 8:30am and 5:30pm.  



  • To support and manage the G4S Information Systems and applications.

  • Provide 1 st Line Support as and when required.

  • Work on a variety of projects required for a number of upgrade projects.

  • Help and assist with the maintenance of servers through back-ups, upgrades and security updates.

  • Provision of planning and execution of technology refreshes.

  • Liaise with Client IT specialists as required and ensure compliance is enforced with our Client.

  • IT Security requirements.

  • Undertake and contribute to project work when required.

  • Manager the IT support team.

  • Enhance the customer experience that we currently provide.

The Ideal Candidate:


  • MCSA or equivalent qualification.

  • Minimum of two years’ previous experience.

  • Excellent knowledge of Windows 7/10, Windows 2008/2012/2016, AD, DNS, Google.

  • Patching and Updating Systems.

  • Good verbal and written communication skills.

  • Customer focused approach.
