COMPLIANCE ADMINISTRATOR

 

Salary: £25,000 per annum

Working Hours: Permanent, Full Time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 8am - 5pm

Location: Leicester, LE3 1HR

 

G4S Facilities Management are recruiting a Compliance Administrator on a full-time, permanent basis based in Leicester.

 

We are looking for a dynamic individual with excellent communication skills who can work individually using their own initiative or as part of a team. You will provide an effective and efficient administration service across 4 schools for contractual KPIs and compliance.

 

Responsibilities

  • Support the Contract Management team in meeting statutory requirements for building operations and maintenance.

  • Help implement the G4S FM Occupational Health & Safety Management System.

  • Assess contract performance and plan for future compliance.

  • Production of compliance reports and documentation.

  • Assist with internal and external audit preparation.

  • Maintain record keeping for document control centre.

  • Foster a culture that complies with health, safety, and environmental regulations to uphold secure workspaces.

  • Ensure adherence to the Health & Safety Policy.


The Ideal Candidate:

Essential

  • Working knowledge of the Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) system.

  • Knowledge of basic building compliance. 

  • Excellent written skills, proficient in Google programs.
