HR Advisor Aberlour, Ballindalloch, Ascot 40000

Within this role, you will be responsible for supporting the operational side of the business, by providing a first-class HR service. No two days will be the same in this true HR generalist role!

Some of your duties will include:
 

• Support manager with performance and sickness management and employee engagement
• Manage ER casework
• Carry our inductions and onboarding
• Provide HR data analytics and reports
• Support with HR projects and initiatives
  
  You will ideally be CIPD qualified, although this isn’t essential, hands-on working experience is! Working within a manufacturing environment would be advantageous.
