Nuffield Orthopaedic Centre is a hospital with a world-wide reputation for excellence in orthopaedics, rheumatology and rehabilitation having treated patients with bone and joint problems for more than 80 years.
We are looking to recruit a Helpdesk Team Leader to join our team and provide a high-quality service by training and monitoring work performances of the team, ensuring that the Helpdesk work with all Facilities departments within G4S is well coordinated and promote good communication between both G4S, the Trust, patients, visitors and the general public by ensuring that all jobs are recorded accurately, in line with contract and communicated effectively.
Main Responsibilities

Ensuring that the helpdesk provides an efficient and courteous service at all times

Coordinating the work flow to ensure that all jobs are recorded accurately, efficiently and within contractual timescales.

To monitor the response times and ensure contract is fulfilled
-
Be able to produce accurate reports using the information and system in place
-
Managing the attendance and performance of Helpdesk operators
-
Undertake the annual reviews and ensure objectives are met
-
To prepare for one to ones ensuring effective communication to the Service Support Manager
The Ideal Candidate:
Essential
