Whether supporting Group HR or a local regional business at G4S, it is important that our HR professionals have an accurate perspective of our business, which means having a good understanding of our business priorities and challenges. 

Working in an HR function you will be part of a team that is involved in one or more of the following: recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, HR regulatory compliance or training and development. Roles in HR include recruitment coordinator, HR business partner, HR assistant, HR generalist, learning and development trainer, and compensation and benefits manager.
