Job Introduction:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a P&R Administrator to join our Operations Support Team, based in our Head Office in Sutton, Surrey.

The successful candidate will be responsible for administering all procedures and processes to ensure the smooth and efficient running of their P&R allocated area as well as national accounts.

Role Responsibility:

  • Reporting daily, weekly and monthly customer financials
  • Reporting producing and monitoring KPI's & SLA's
  • Working with Management & Operations to establish best administration practice
  • Co-ordinating site appointments between G4S and clients as required
  • Mobilising new business
  • Performing assignment and Contract maintenance
  • Processing contract terminations
  • Producing contracts and contract amendments
  • Communicating customer information changes, where necessary
  • Being responsible for the data of allocated geographical area as well as key national accounts
  • Dealing with customer queries, access issues and resolution
  • Updating customer reports
  • Liaising with sub-contractors and suppliers
  • Completing any other administration as requested by management

The Ideal Candidate:

Essential Requirements

  • Intermediate level capability in the use of MS Word & Excel applications
  • Fluent in written & spoken English
  • Proven customer services skills
  • Ablity to work under pressure, prioritise and work on own initiative
  • Have understanding of administration processes and procedures
  • 5 years checkable work history
  • Unrestricted right to work in the UK/EU
  • Fluent written and spoken English

Preference will be given to candidates who also meet the following:

  • Good resilience & flexible approach to work
  • Prior experience of financial administration processes
  • Previous experience of SIGnet application
