Receptionist

Position: Receptionist (Relief cover)
Location: Killorglin, CO. Kerry

Basic Pay: €15.41 per hour 

Contract Type: Casual
Hours: 8+ per week 
Schedule: Must be available to cover Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm

Your Role

You will need excellent communication and organisational skills, as you will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, and a key contributor to the smooth running of office operations

Key Areas of Responsibility

• Operating switchboard and directing calls in a professional manner

• Sending shipments by courier & handling outgoing post

• Managing and ordering stationery and other essential office stock

• Being responsible for Meeting Room Booking systems

About You

• Personable, friendly, and enjoys interacting with a variety of stakeholders

• Minimum of 2 years experience

• Excellent verbal & written communication skills

• Fluent in English written and oral

• Excellent organisational/time management skills

• Strong interpersonal skills

• Able to prioritise tasks efficiently and work on own initiative

• Able to adapt to a fast paced, hands-on environment

• Strong Microsoft suite skills (particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel)

PSA Licence: Valid PSA Security Guarding  license 
Screening and vetting: 5 Years of verifiable employment and personal activity
Relevant experience: A minimum of 2 years security experience in Ireland
