Site Security Manager Limerick 45,000

G4S Secure Solutions (Ire) are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Security Manager within the Construction sector, based in Limerick. This is a full time permanent position.

Main purpose of position:

• To support and lead the day-to-day security operations/administration requirements reporting directly to the G4S Security Contract Manager and Client stakeholders.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all security related matters for the client , advising and acting as an exemplar of security best practice.
• Ensure that excellent communications and relationships are developed with all local stakeholders to ensure that all requirements are understood and met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the contract sites to ensure that properly trained staff operate defined site specific SOPs, that additional service obligations are met and that customer issues are resolved promptly.
• Review site specific operation procedures and update in the light of customer requirements, risk assessments, site experience and security industry developments.
• Support the maintenance of ISO accreditation ensuring that documented processes and procedures are adhered to on each site.
• Build strong customer relations and loyalty through daily site meetings, service level reviews, on-site quality audits, etc.
• Manage security personnel to ensure that all staff adhere to site specific SOPs and adhere to company codes of conduct, HR policies and H&S guidelines.
• Carry out investigation and disciplinary processes as required, in conjunction with HR.
• Resolve staffing issues (payroll, rosters, personal issues) to ensure staff are fully motivated and minimize turnover rates and associated recruitment and training costs.
• Collate information on all company activities and prepare metric reports for customers in accordance with contract requirements in order to present back to the business at quarterly business reviews.
• Implement ISIA approved practices to ensure G4S operations are fully compliant with licensing requirements.
• Manage the day to day reports / Hours / Billing for the Client
• Inductions / Training uploads
• Manage contract portfolio to meet and exceed company margin targets.
• Combine management duties with active ‘on the ground’ visibility on a daily basis.
• Support G4S Training with checking and tracking Safepass/ First Aid / Manual Handling.
• Supervise security guards and training for posts
• Conduct inspections for physical and safety hazards.
• Investigate and resolve issues

Skills, knowledge and experience:

• 3 + years client relationship management experience in the security /Construction area
• Proven track record in customer relations management
• Experience managing global client bases with multisite locations
• Leadership / People management
