Position: Global Security Operations Centre Manager
Location: Dublin City
Basic Pay: €55,000 - €58,000 per Annum
Hours: 40+ per week
Schedule: Monday-Friday, days
Position Overview:
The Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) Account Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to- day operations and performance of the Dublin based security team within the GSOC. This role will ensure alignment with operational objectives, maintain service quality, and support strategic initiatives. The Account Manager will act as the primary liaison between the Client leadership and the external security vendor to drive efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement. This role will be responsible for overseeing the
operational duties and performance of the Dublin based GSOC Operators by ensuring efficient and detailed measures are taken to prevent, and follow-up on incidents as well as handle employee experience and operational needs.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee adherence of Autodesk’s policies, procedures, processes, regulatory compliance, and expectations for Global Security Operations Center contingent workforce
- Manage staffing schedule, duties, and performance of Dublin GSOC team
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the security provider, ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and performance expectations.
- Monitor GSOC operations to ensure efficient incident response, situational awareness, and risk mitigation.
- Provide guidance and support to the contingent GSOC team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and professional growth.
- Take direction and work closely with the in-house GSOC Manager and other internal teams to align GSOC functions with broader security and business objectives.
- Support access control, security alarm monitoring & video management, and incident response efforts, ensuring proper reporting, escalation, and resolution of security related incidents.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, audits, and assessments of the contingent workforce to ensure high service standards.
Qualifications and Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in security operations, GSOC management, or a related field.
- Strong background in vendor and contract management, preferably in a security operations environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise effectively between internal and external stakeholders.
- Familiarity with GSOC technologies, security monitoring tools, and incident management frameworks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess risk and implement mitigation strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage performance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Must possess the ability to foster and be a steward of a culture of trust, honesty, and integrity.
- Demonstrates the skills and qualities of being professional, courteous, and able to provide high-level customer service and support.
Requirements:
- PSA Licence: Valid PSA Security Guarding Licence
- Screening and Vetting: 5 years of verifiable and personal activity
- Full Clean Irish Driving Licence
