Events Business Development Operations Executive

 

£32,000 per annum 

40 hours per week 

 

Job Overview 

 

We are looking for a  highly self motivated, proactive and organised individual with a willingness to support the implementation of the G4S Events growth strategy through a wide range of business development and content management activities. In this varied and exciting role, you will be working as part of a highly successful team that has a strong reputation in the Events Security space.

 

Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities

 

  • Actively target the Events market through outbound and face to face engagement.

  • Drive growth through coordinated Bid and Proposal management to deliver a winning proposition.

  • Updating and execution of  presentation content showcasing the Event Security proposition. 

  • Maximise opportunities to grow revenues from existing and prospective clients. 

  • Raising the Events business profile and position within the target market. 

  • Writing, editing and producing Event content, bid material & communications. 

  • Development of lead generation and retention campaigns. 

  • Ongoing development of creative content  to elevate bids and proposal responses. 

  • Ability to work autonomously within a team dynamic environment. 

  • Build strong collaborative working relationships both internally and externally.

  • Support our organisation's values and Health and Safety culture.
