Pay: £12.50 Per Hour

About the Role

G4S Events are currently recruiting experienced Customer Care Officers to join our team at Leeds Headingley. If you’re confident, professional, and ready to work in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

As a Customer Care Officer, you’ll be the visible, friendly face of safety, helping to ensure visitors and staff have a safe and enjoyable experience. The ideal candidate should have clear communication skills, good personal confidence and be well presented. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Carrying out pre and post event safety checks ensuring compliance with safe working procedures

• Greeting, assisting  and directing visitors attending the event

• Providing a high standard of customer care.

• Monitoring visitors / crowd movements and behaviour to identify potential issues or incidents and to take action as necessary

Requirements:

• Minimum of 6 months experience in a customer service role. 

• Availability for evenings and/or weekends

• Professional, reliable, and customer-focused

• Well spoken and well presented.
