ABOUT THE ROLE

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Contract Lead to join our team at G4S, working with our Energy client. This role will be responsible for the management, safety and security of sites in multpile locations across Australia. Ensuring adherence to SOP's, Human Resources and Health and Safety requirements. You are a strong communicator with excellent client and stakeholder management capability, confidently building strong relationships at both a local and international level, along with experience in the preparation of operational documents, SOP's and a commitment to continuous operational improvement.

Reporting in to Trevor, the General Manager of our Security stream, the Contract Lead will assume responsibility for managing all aspects of the contract including;

• Actively engage and manage the relationship between internal stakeholders, Region/Group client contract representatives as the ANZ point of contact
• Develop and implement engagement plans with key client stakeholders that promote the business and relationships
• Identify and resolve complex operational, planning and workforce issues as they arise
• Managing MSA and LSA requirements
• Ensure all contract services are delivered, achieving KPIs and SDOs while adgering to all procedures and legislative frameworks
• Report on performance to all stakeholders, highlighting risks and mitigations, and ensure all security programs are continuously evaluated and improved
• Actively implement safety systems and encourage the team to report all incidents, hazards, and near-misses

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

To be successful in this role, you will:

• Proven experience in managing multi-site contracts, security related-project management and a demonstrated ability to deliver efficiencies
• Strong understanding of financial requirments and responsibilities
• Strong ability to build and manage relationships across multiple jurisdictions
• Demonstrable managerial and leadership skills with a proactive approach to the management of operational activities
• Experience within a client services environment with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Formal qualification in Business or Management
