Security Officer

This is a great opportunity to work as a Security Officer for G4S, a leading global security and outsourcing group, specialising in outsourcing of business processes in sectors where security and safety risks are considered a strategic threat. 

We are recruiting for a Security Officer to work in London working in one of London's biggest public parks.

Contract Information:
Pay Rate: 14.48 per hour 
Hours per week: 42 hours per week, covering days, nights and weekends
SIA Licenses: Security Guarding or Door Supervisor.

This is predominantly out door working, which involves a vast amount of walking. You must also be comfortable working in all weather conditions.

Your Time at Work
- Able to demonstrate and deliver high quality guarding and customer service
- Able to work in a team as well as on your own and have the ability to be pro-active and think on your feet
- Be calm under pressure and confident in dealing with confrontational situations in a calm and professional manner
- Physically fit to complete patrols externally and able to stand/walk during shift
- Confident in writing incident and shift reports
- To ensure that all visitors and staff are dealt with efficiently, providing an exceptional customer service at all times
- To have a smart appearance befitting the company
- Be confident you are able to undertake 100% of all specific duties

It is important to have great communication and customer service skills. You will also need to have strong IT skills and be able to use all forms of technology and software systems.

Our perfect Security Officer will need to be aged 18 or over, a confident communicator who is a team player with the drive to always provide a friendly and professional service.
