We have an exciting opportunity for a permanent, full-time Payroll & Pensions Administrator to join our Payroll team at our Regional Office in Worksop. The role is 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. The successful applicant would be responsible for ensuring that all G4S customer payments are allocated in an accurate and timely manner, as well as reconciling customer accounts.
Main responsibilities
- Responsible for data Input of new starters, leavers, P45’s
- Report Analysis
- To carry out manual calculations
- Responding to Employee and 3rd Party Queries
The ideal candidate
Essential
- Be able to demonstrate good numeracy skills
- The ability to demonstrate a solid understanding of payroll practices
- Ability to deal with high volumes of data
- Ability to organise workload to meet strict deadlines
- Good Microsoft Excel skills
- Working knowledge of Office applications eg google
- Collaborating effectively within a team
- 5 years verifiable work history
- Unrestricted right to work in the UK/EU
Desirable
- Demonstrable knowledge of PAYE & NI Legislation
