Salary: £35,000 per annum
Working Hours: Fixed Term Contract (4-6 months, Maternity Cover), Full Time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 8:30am and 5:30pm

G4S Facilities Management have an exciting opportunity for a Payroll Administrator to join our team on a full-time, fixed term basis for 4 - 6 months (Maternity Cover) based at Churchill Hospital, Oxford.
This role will be to manage and complete payroll duties for Churchill Hospital FM contract and support other contracts as needed. You’ll work closely with internal and external stakeholders and utilise systems like kronos and SuccessFactors.
Responsibilities
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HMRC regulations.
Prepare accurate reports and statistics for stakeholders
Maintain organised filing systems
Monitor cost tracking and financial commitment reports, flagging concerns to management
provide hours, absence, and overtime data to Departmental Managers and SMT
Ensure deadlines are adhered to.
Deal with all associated administration tasks to ensure that the payroll function runs smoothly and effectively.
Support other team members to ensure the efficiency of the department is met.
Manage agency staff, including raising requests, ensuring timesheet submission, and processing payments
The Ideal Candidate:
Essential
Proven experience in payroll processing.
Excellent analytical, numerical, and communication skills (written and verbal).
Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Proactive and confidential approach.
Intermediate Google Suite skills.
Desirable
GCSEs (including Maths and English)
Experience with soft services
