Mobile Admin Relief

Location: Various locations within a 30-mile radius

Type of Employment: Full-time

Job Description:

As a Mobile Admin Relief, you will be working within a dedicated and diverse team providing excellent standards of service in a busy, public-facing office environment. This role combines the responsibilities of a Customer Service Advisor and an Evidence Processing Administrator. You will help people with a wide variety of enquiries, support customers with their needs, and manage confidential items through effective systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with a wide variety of enquiries from the public and support customer needs.

  • Record, log, and store information related to confidential items.

  • Liaise with suppliers and internal contacts to facilitate the movement of confidential items.

  • Ensure all records are kept up to date and accurate at all times.

  • Provide support and guidance on the handling, storing, and transportation of confidential items.

  • Commute to various locations within a 30-mile radius and work weekends and/or night shifts as required.

Training and Development:

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Confident communicator, both written and verbally.

  • Strong administrative and IT skills, with the ability to learn new bespoke software packages.

  • Excellent attention to detail, with experience in updating records and writing reports.

  • Ability to handle challenging situations or complex individuals.

  • Flexible and willing to commute to various locations and work weekends and/or night shifts.

  • Holds a Full Clean UK Driving License (including manual vehicles).

  • Must live in a certain area  (BETWEEN DUNGANNON AND ARMAGH) to capture sites within a 30-mile radius.

  • Able to provide a 5-year employment history and have the unrestricted right to work in the UK for screening purposes.

  • A criminal record will not necessarily be a bar to obtaining a position.

Pay Scale:

Please note this role is on a sliding pay scale depending on the role you are completing: £13.49 PH - £13.77 PH.
