Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum Plus Company Car
Working Hours: Full Time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 8:30am and 5:30pm

We are seeking a skilled and motivated M&E Quantity Surveyor to join our Lifecycle and Assurance team. Reporting to the Lifecycle & Assurance Director, you'll play a key role in ensuring the long-term health and performance of our clients' buildings
The Ideal Candidate:
Responsibilities
Conducting asset condition surveys and audits in order to support the generation of accurate, fit for purpose Lifecycle Plans, ensuring compliance with our contractual obligations in respect to Lifecycle
Providing technical advice and support to project teams on mechanical and electrical works instructed through Lifecycle Planning
Assessing the condition and operational risk of M&E assets and systems, to check that assets are being maintained in accordance with best practice and any contractual obligations, therefore achieving their anticipated lifespan
Reviewing reactive lifecycle applications to ensure that they meet the required criteria in respect to Lifecycle funding
Qualifications:
Mechanical or electrical building services qualification
Computer literacy, including proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
Extensive knowledge of building services systems in education and healthcare environments
Membership in a relevant professional institute is desirable
H&S qualification relevant to the role
