What you'll do:

  • Lead the Team: Supervise and mentor a team of engineers, ensuring efficient operations and high-quality service delivery.

  • Manage Maintenance: Coordinate planned preventative maintenance and reactive works, optimizing building performance.

  • Monitor Systems: Utilize BMS systems to monitor site operations and identify potential issues.

  • Deliver Excellence: Respond promptly to client requests, provide exceptional customer service, and implement innovative solutions.

  • Report and Analyze: Maintain accurate records, generate insightful reports, and drive continuous improvement.

 


The Ideal Candidate:

What you'll need:

  • Technical Expertise: NVQ Level 3 Electrical or Mechanical bias and strong experience in facilities management.

  • BMS Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to monitor and manage building management systems.

  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, foster collaboration, and delegate effectively.

  • Problem-Solving Abilities: A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to finding innovative solutions.

  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with clients, colleagues, and contractors.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • IOSH or SMSTS certification
