What you'll do:

• Lead and motivate a team of cleaners to deliver high-quality cleaning services
• Ensure customer satisfaction by handling inquiries and resolving complaints effectively
• Schedule cleaning tasks and monitor performance to meet agreed standards
• Coach and develop your team members, promoting their growth and well-being
• Maintain a safe and hygienic work environment
