We are looking to recruit a Cleaner to join our friendly team to provide a high-quality cleaning service within our Leicester Schools contract based at Crown Hills Community College. This is a part time position working 12.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 3:15pm to 7:15pm.

 

Responsibilities

  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the building.

  • Daily duties include collecting and disposing of waste materials, refilling dispensers including soap, hand towels, toilet rolls and paper rolls, and removing stains and dirt from walls within toilets, corridors and classrooms.

  • Check equipment for faults and notify the relevant person and ensure all equipment is cleaned and correctly stored after use.

  • Ensure strict confidentiality concerning the school.

  • Report any building related issues to the site manager.

  • Manage the cleaning schedule.


The Ideal Candidate:

Essential

  • Experience undertaking a range of cleaning duties

  • Excellent ability to follow instructions

  • Ability to work as a team

  • Good understanding of English

 

Due to the nature of this role, you will also be required to complete an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service Check
