Main Purpose of Job

To define, agree and deliver the account strategy for a number of key accounts within a nominated portfolio. To maintain and develop the business relationships at strategic and tactical levels within the client’s organisation, representing the customer view whilst maintaining balance with G4Ss interests. To deliver financial and business objectives of designated key accounts – both from a customer and G4S perspective.

 

 

Key Tasks & Responsibilities

 

Customer Focus

▪ Maintain regular sales liaison with all appropriate client contacts and build business strategies to meet customer needs profitably

▪ Attend planned customer meetings where the focus will be on building and developing new opportunities with the client

▪ Use the consultative sales process to understand customer requirements – and develop the right solutions to meet those customer needs

▪ Ensure client meetings are attended by sufficient and appropriate G4S representation

▪ Ensure excellent quality of meeting output is circulated promptly internally and externally

▪ Be the voice of the customer internally within G4S

▪ Understand the customers own business strategies fully and be seen as a solution expert in the Cash related industry

 

Performance

▪ Deliver against stretching growth targets from the appropriate portfolio year on year and against budget

▪ Acquire market intelligence relating to potential client growth areas and competitors and act on it to drive new opportunities

▪ To retain all accounts within the designated portfolio – and to achieve all hard number driven KPIs across the portfolio ▪ Understand and analyse data to ensure the right decisions are made for the benefit of the customer and G4S

▪ Prepare portfolio pipeline for internal analysis

▪ Develop sound and meaningful relationships and build rapport with all key contacts both internally and externally to help unlock growth and new development opportunities

▪ High awareness of G4S proposition/innovations/developments and selling G4Ss market leading services

▪ Maintain records in G4S database and Salesforce.com

  • You must be able to pass a criminal record check as well as a personal credit and ID check.
  • You must also have a 5 year employment/unemployment/educational history that we can check and verify.
  • You will need to be prepared to undergo airport style searches when entering and leaving our premises and be comfortable working within a secure and confined environment.
  • An SIA licence would be beneficial.
