En G4S estamos en la búsqueda de Escolta Motorizado / Conductor (Moto y Carro) para formar parte de nuestro equipo de operaciones.
Ubicación: Medellín (con disponibilidad según la operación)
Modalidad: Presencial
Tipo de contrato: Término indefinido
¿Qué buscamos en ti?
Si eres Bachiller, cuentas con el curso de Escolta vigente, pase de conducción activo (moto y carro) y más de 1 año de experiencia en protección, atención a ejecutivos y conducción defensiva de vehículos o motocicletas, ¡esta vacante es para ti!
¿Qué harás?
Ejecutar labores de protección, escolta y acompañamiento a personas o esquemas asignados, garantizando su seguridad e integridad física.
Conducir y operar de manera experta y preventiva motocicletas y vehículos (incluyendo blindados según la necesidad del servicio).
Realizar recorridos, avanzadas de ruta y monitoreo constante de trayectos para la identificación temprana de riesgos o amenazas.
Mantener comunicación constante con la central de monitoreo, supervisores y líderes del esquema para el reporte de novedades e incidentes en tiempo real.
Aplicar protocolos de seguridad, reacción defensiva y procedimientos operativos estandarizados por el cliente y la compañía.
Apoyar y coordinar planes de contingencia o evacuación rápida en situaciones de emergencia.
Elaborar informes de novedades y reportes operativos diarios.
Requisitos principales
Nivel académico: Bachiller (cualquier modalidad).
Curso: Escolta vigente.
Licencia de conducción: Válida y vigente para Moto y Carro (sin comparendos o con acuerdo de pago activo).
Experiencia: Mínimo 1 a 3 años en esquemas de seguridad, atención a ejecutivos y conducción defensiva/experta de vehículos y motocicletas.
Situación militar: Definida.
Excelente presentación personal, orientación al servicio, responsabilidad y alto compromiso operativo.
