Governor Roy Cooper has declared a State of Emergency for North Carolina. You may visit the Governor’s website here

Governor Cooper has issued a mandatory evacuation for barrier islands along the entire coast in preparation for Hurricane Dorian. It calls for evacuation by Wednesday, September 4, 2019 beginning at 8:00 AM.
