Working in customer services, you will often be the first point of contact for a potential or existing customer, or member of the public, so good first-impressions are essential. Our customer service employees need to be ambassadors for our company, providing customers with exceptional levels of customer service - relaying information, dealing with queries and helping to resolve any issues.

Anyone working in customer services requires excellent communication skills, whether that be face-to-face, via email or, most frequently, by telephone, and will need to be a friendly, efficient, helpful and empathetic, whilst adhering to our own procedures and best practice. Customer service roles include: customer service representatives, support executives, call centre operatives, operations coordinators and team leaders.
