About the role
We are currently seeking a highly professional, customer-focused Security Concierge to join our team on-site with a high-profile technology client.
Initially as part of a 3 man team, in this role, you will act as the first line of security, safety, and client interaction. You will balance proactive physical security duties, such as monitoring access control and conducting floor patrols, with high-level customer service, supporting personnel and visitors in a fast-paced, modern corporate office environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Observing and patrolling designated areas to ensure the physical security and safety of the premises.
- Monitoring electronic security alarms and video surveillance systems, acting quickly to respond to any indicators of suspicious behavior.
- Providing immediate, customer-focused response to all requests and calls for assistance from client personnel, visitors, and facility teams.
- Supporting access control systems, including resolving security card queries, handling lost or faulty badges, and liaising with internal stakeholders to rectify technical issues.
- Managing incident detection, response, and reporting in a clear, accurate, and timely manner.
What we're looking for
- Current Security License
- Proven experience in corporate security, concierge, or high-end customer service environments.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills: with the confidence to interact professionally with corporate personnel, senior stakeholders, and visitors.
- Strong technical aptitude: comfortable operating access control software, CCTV systems, and badge issuing equipment.
- High level of personal presentation, reliability, and punctuality to commit to the Monday to Friday afternoon shift schedule (14:00 – 23:00).
- Strong conflict resolution skills and the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure or during emergency responses.
