G4S Facilities Management is seeking a talented and motivated Mechanical Engineer to join our team in Cheltenham.

About the Role:
You will be responsible for providing a range of mechanical engineering services, including:
- Undertake statutory and routine inspections of a variety of mechanical plant

Respond to defects, undertaking routine repairs as required

Conduct all work to high standards, ensuring a safe working environment and adherence to SLA, KPIs, site policies, and Health and Safety regulations.

Monitor and utilize PDA devices for service delivery

Identify and requisition materials for routine and repair maintenance

Proactively identify opportunities for continuous service improvement

Support a safe, clean, and healthy working environment.

Develop and maintain client relationships.

Maintain a professional attitude and image.
Who we are looking for:
- Essential:
- NVQ Level 2 in Mechanical Engineering
- Ability to obtain DV clearance
- Previous experience in a facilities maintenance environment
- Desirable:
- Mechanical to electrical conversion course
- IPAF or equivalent certification
- Knowledge of wet systems
- Microsoft proficiency
