As the first bridge between candidates and the organization, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a crucial role in promoting, screening and managing the recruitment and selection process for front-liners across each operational segment. 

Job Descriptions: 

  • Create and share job advertisements via direct channels and social media.
  • Define job specifications and descriptions for personnel needs.
  • Represent the organization in job fairs to attract candidates.
  • Manage recruitment communications activities, including candidate outreach and interview scheduling.
  • Conduct initial selection processes like pre-interviews, personality test, and reference checks.
  • Prepare and deliver induction materials, ensuring successful candidates have all necessary information to decide on accepting the offered position

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology from a reputable university.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
  • Preferably experienced in mass recruitment.
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written).
  • Proactive, highly motivated, and self-driven.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for diverse interactions.
  • Skilled in candidate screening, shortlisting, and ATS management.
  • Experienced in competency-based interviews and psychological assessments.
  • Knowledgeable in hiring platforms and recruitment processes.
  • Excellent health, high integrity, and professionalism.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in documentation.
  • Willing to travel for business trips to remote areas.
