We are seeking a dynamic P&RSupervisor to oversee the operational management, service delivery, and compliance of our Patrol & Response branches. You will lead service delivery, manage key client relationships, and ensure total compliance with company and contractual standards.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily P&R branch performance, conduct regular workaudits, and maintain audit-ready company records.
Act as the primary contact for predefined customers, lead KPI meetings, and swiftly resolve service complaints with formal Corrective Action Plans.
Partner with subcontractors, manage task scheduling, and deliver services to ensure staff exceed G4S performance standards.
Facilitate new business setups, identify upsell opportunities, and verify daily tasks to ensure accurate invoicing and support cash collection.
Streamline operating processes to find cost savings and improve efficiency without compromising safety or quality.

Requirements

Driving Licence: Full UK driver’s licence with a maximum of 6 points.
Location: West Midlands / North West England / North Wales
Communication: Strong relationship-building skills with internal stakeholders, subcontractors, and high-profile corporate clients.
Standards: Strict adherence to Health & Safety, ISO, and Information Governance policies.

A vehicle will be provided to be used solely for business use.
