Greenwich Schools PFI runs 2 schools and delivers key services in Cleaning, Mechanical and Electrical systems (M&E), Premises Management and Full Lifecycle replacement.
 

We have an opportunity for a Facilities Manager to join our team. This is a full time role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday based at Thomas Tallis School

As Facilities Manager you will be required to provide management and leadership and ensure all policies and processes are followed as per G4S policies and procedures,  providing support to the Contract Manager.  You will be responsible for coordinating H&S processes across the contract.

This role involves elements of office management and will be focused on both Hard and Soft services. Throughout, due emphasis is to be given to the importance of health, safety and the environment, promoting the G4S values and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilities Management: Overseeing cleaning, M&E, premises management, and lifecycle replacement.
  • HR: Recruitment, onboarding, training, performance reviews, and compliance (DBS/vetting).
  • Health & Safety: Compliance, reporting, risk assessments, and adherence to regulations.

General Administration: Paymech, client liaison, operational meetings, and general support.
