Responsibilities:

Lead the Operations Officers and Schedulers to achieve the operational management objectives of the division;
Deliver high quality of services to customers and handling complaints;
Deliver effective security solutions to satisfy customer needs;
Monitor the manpower scheduling to ensure they are deployed in a cost effective manner;
Make operational decisions on manpower posting;
Manage all front-line staff in his or her division and be responsible for all staff related matters;
Set up and execute training plan for front-line officers;
Proactively deploy staff retention strategies to the division
Ensure compliance with all relevant company policies and procedures;

Requirements :

Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese and English
Proficiency in computer applications (etc Chrome Office / MS Office)
Higher Diploma / Associate Degree holder or above or any equivalent academic qualification
Holder of valid HK driving license no.1
Minimum 2 years' experience in Security / Disciplinary Force ; with at least 1 year in people management experience
Candidates with more experience will be considered as Operations Manager.
