Reporting to the Armed Response Manager, the main purpose of these positions will be to respond to alarms and protect G4S clients’ lives and property.

Principle Accountabilities

  • Provide prompt alarm response service to G4S clients.

  • Provide utmost excellent quality customer service quality and client relationships.

  • Ensure good interpersonal client communication.

  • Protect and secure client property against burglaries, arson, riots etc.

  • Protect own life as well as that of clients against any acts of public misconduct.

  • Ensure compliance to Health and Safety standards when driving Company vehicles and usage of Company firearms

Required Qualification and Experience

  • Minimum Grade 10 certificate or higher

  • Minimum 2 years valid driving license must be code B

  • No criminal record – valid Certificate of Conduct (not older than 6 months)

  • Must have a valid email address.

Physically fit and healthy, Sober habits, Reliable, Trustworthy and Honest Character, Sound communication skills, Should be willing to work after hours with as much as possible flexibility, Highly motivated and willing to protect life and property of G4S clients. Ability to work under pressure and in a challenging environment, Be willing to undergo selection training, Previous security experience will be an advantage, Able to work independently and in a team.
