Employee Support Coordinator

Reporting to the Tesco Account Director, this role will focus on providing a high level of support to Operations with regards to the compliance of performance management, specifically dedicated to the Tesco guarding contract.
KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Providing a high level of administrative support for the coordination of employee investigations and performance management.
Reviewing and investigating performance management concerns ensuring relevant evidence is collated in a timely manner.
Arranging, planning and conducting investigations with employees and preparing detailed reports for cases escalated through the performance management process, ensuring timelines are not exceeded.
Answering internal and external telephone calls and emails regarding performance management, responding to and updating Stakeholders or escalating where appropriate.
Liaising with the Human Resources department and communicating with the wider business regarding the progress of performance management cases, reporting any concerns where appropriate.
Assisting Management, when required, with all administrative elements of performance management.
Ensuring internal bespoke systems are accurately maintained and updated with relevant information.
Complying with GDPR regulations in relation to confidential documentation and storage of personal employee information and communication.
Performing any other tasks identified by your Line Manager.
RELEVANT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
Strong administration skills, previously gained in a fast paced environment
Previous experience working in a customer service/service focused environment
Exceptional Eye for detail and accuracy with a double check mentality
Excellent written & verbal communication skills, dealing with employees and managers
A good understanding of GDPR in practice
