Key Responsibilities
- Training & Obedience: Conducting ongoing training to ensure dogs can detect narcotics, explosives, or people, and follow commands under pressure.
- Operational Deployment: Patrolling areas, guarding premises, searching for missing persons, or conducting drug/firearm detections.
- Canine Welfare: Providing daily care, including feeding, exercise, grooming, and cleaning kennels.
- Health Monitoring: Observing dogs for illness or injury, maintaining vaccination records, and liaising with veterinarians.
- Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of training sessions, health checks, and incident reports.
