1 Identificar, gestionar y monitorear los riesgos en las instalaciones de cada cliente asignado, brindando la asesoria permanente en Seguridad 2 Generar estrategias, planes de acción y protocolos de seguridad enfocadas en la mitigación del riesgo 3 Capacitar y retroalimentar al personal de acuerdo a los riesgos identificados, las politicas del cliente y de la Compañía 4 Atender situaciones de emergencia o novedades que se presenten en el servicio según los protocolos de Seguridad 5 Velar y hacer seguimiento a la satisfacción del cliente sobre los servicios prestados, aplicando normas legales vigentes y procedimientos establecidos por la organización 6 Cumplir con lo estipulado en el SIG y G4S Way inherente a su cargo 7 Generar informes y reportes oportunos sobre la gestión y prestación del servicio tanto al cliente como a G4S
