Performance Metrics
1. Submission of monthly HSE Report
2. Organizing HSE risk assessment workshop for
all new assignments for the risk assessment and
ensuring the controls are detailed in contract
condition as well in the post and site
instruction.
3. Ensuring the HSE KPIs are established and
monitored via internal trade review meeting.
4. Ensure the timely training of employees on HSE
aspects as time to time framed via corporate
initiatives or otherwise required for the safety
of the personnel.
5. Participation in corporate HSE calls &
meetings.
6. Organize quarterly HUB HSE committee
meeting and ensure the monthly HSE
committee meeting is taking place in the
branches.
7. Monitoring of HSE actions arising out of
incident investigation /Hazard reporting or near
miss reports.
8. Organize HSE Training sessions/Inductions/HSE,
tool box talks and other forums to increase the
HSE awareness and visibility in the hub.
9. Support operations in day to day operational
HSE issues.
10. Monitor all HSE checks required for the Fire and
Safety of the G4S offices and establishments.
11. Lead Incident management / reporting
12. Prepare and monitor on site HSE training
implementation for the direct work force.
13. Illustrating the HSE requirement for the
assignment instructions / post instructions
14. Monitor the compliance of HSE walks/ HSE
audits and inspections as per corporate HSE
guildelines.
Code of Conduct:
An HSE Manager is not expected to be a part of any
Union. In case the candidate is currently a member of
any Union he/she will have to resign from the Union
before accepting the offer.
