Carry out routine and breakdown maintenance (electrical, plumbing, basic civil)
● Troubleshoot faults and ensure timely resolution
● Maintain equipment, tools, and service records
● Support preventive maintenance schedules
● Ensure safety compliance and follow standard procedures
● Strictly follow weekly and monthly PM schedules for all machinery. Test emergency systems
like emergency lighting and fire alarms routinely.
● Perform routine check-ups on air conditioning units, Clean filters, monitor cooling
parameters, and troubleshoot minor cooling issues.
