MAINTENANCE COORDINATOR
Salary: €20,000 – €21,000 per annum (Prorated; FTE €40,000 – €42,000 depending on experience)

About the Job
G4S Facilities Management is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to support our Hard Services and Technical teams. Working directly with the Head of Technical Services, you will oversee compliance record-keeping, liaise with contractors, and maintain seamless administrative operations across client systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Compliance & Records: Maintain accurate compliance data, vet documentation, and upload hard services records and RAMS to company and client drives.
- CAFM Systems: Update CAFM with asset/compliance data, contractor reports, and job completion dates.
- Contractor Management: Book specialist sub-contractors, manage visitor access, issue quotes for reactive repairs, and track works through to completion.
- Team Operations: Assist with new service mobilisations, conduct new starter inductions on site/G4S rules, and arrange team training.
- Administration: Attend meetings with the Head of Technical Services, keep detailed minutes, and support daily senior management requirements.
What we're looking for:
- Strong IT skills and familiarity with corporate management systems.
- Hands-on CAFM system experience.
- Practical understanding of statutory compliance.
- Excellent time-management, prioritization, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Previous experience in FM compliance is desirable.
