¡En G4S estamos buscando un Supervisor de operaciones, buena actitud y deseos de aprender para unirse a nuestro equipo!
Ubicación: Sabana norte - Cajica
Modalidad: Presencial
Tipo de contrato: Término indefinido
¿Eres Bachiller, técnico o tecnologo en cualquier modalidad y cuentas con más de 1 año de experiencia como supervisor de operaciones y con el curso de supervisor vigente? ¡Esta vacante es para ti!
¿Qué harás?
Coordinar y supervisar las operaciones de seguridad física a nivel nacional, garantizando reportes diarios de novedades de programación, seguimiento de las operaciones en las instalaciones y controles de activos de la compañía mediante la estandarización de procesos, la gestión de control de intendencias, logística de los servicios, redacción de informes, seguimiento y registro de indicadores de gestión, seguimiento y cumplimiento de ASN del contrato.
Perfil
Disponibilidad de movilidad.
Bachiller, técnico o tecnólogo en lo posible
Manejo básico de herramientas informáticas (Excel, PP, drive, data studio, Word)
Conocimiento de normas vigentes de seguridad privada y reformas laborales.
Capacidad de administrar personal y solución de conflictos.
Capacidad para liderar, dirigir y motivar equipos de trabajo.
Conocimiento en planes de contingencia y emergencias
Conocimiento en control de pérdidas en cadena de abastecimiento y continuidad del negocio. (Alguna certificación BASC)
Conocimiento en administración y control de riesgos.
