¿Eres Bachiller en cualquier modalidad y cuentas con más de 6 meses de experiencia como oficial de seguridad/vigilante y con el curso de vigilancia vigente? ¡Esta vacante es para ti!
¿Qué harás?
Gestión Financiera y de Presupuesto
Coordinar y asegurar el pago oportuno de obligaciones con proveedores
Validando que la facturación del proveedor sea correcta y se radique oportunamente en las plataformas corporativas
Generar informes de ejecución financiera de la regional.
Gestión de mantenimiento de las sedes, gestión de servicios transversales
Realizar la planeación, seguimiento, administración de inventarios y entrega de dotaciones, intendencias y elementos requeridos por la operación.
Identificar y proponer estrategias de ahorro con proveedores actuales y realizar el sourcing (búsqueda) de nuevas alternativas para mejorar la competitividad del área.
Asistencia a la Dirección: Brindar soporte táctico al Director Operativo en la ejecución de proyectos y resolución de contingencias desde el enfoque de suministros y administrativos.

2 años de experiencia en cargos relacionados a jefe administrativo
