G4S CONTRACT MANAGER - DHL
The contract manager will be responsible for the following:
Airside Operations
1. Manager must ensure to Cross reference Client pre alerts received against Cargo Monitor sheet and track and trace to done;
2. All discrepancies for example, shortlanded,Missing/Stolen must be reported via Cellphone, E-mail, Whatsapp and/or any other form of communication to the relevant parties,etc Damages,Short landed,Missing cargo;
3. Cameras must be downloaded daily and documents filed;
4. Site visits to be conducted and recorded as mentioned in the Generic Contract Manager Job Description;
Landside Operations
1.Vehicle Inspection sheets must be signed off daily;
2. Defects on vehicles must be reported to the relevant;
3.When vehicles go in for repairs or been swap Senior Management and Client must be notified;
4. All staff authorised to use Company vehicles must sign Declaration form and it must be filed in the on site personal file;
5. Manager must conduct Random vehicle Camera checks daily;
6. Weekly and Monthly inspections must be conducted, the relevant documents must be sent to Administrator on a Monday to be uploaded;
7.Site visits to be conducted and recorded as mentioned in the Generic Contract Manager Job Description;
Landside Tsu teams deployment/ Daily Operations
1. On site Manger will liaise with Control room in arranging the deployment of utilization;
2. On site Manager must work in conjunction with the Client’s Subcontractor to ensure that Tsu teams is/are available when/where needed;
3. Once escorting services has been completed for the day, documents and trips sheets must be collected and captured which includes the total trips done per client;
4. Monthly reports must be sent to the Client of Escorting Services rendered;
Training and Site Files
Personal Site File;
Health and Safety file;
Toolbox talks;
Monthly on the Job training must be done- Refer for guidance in the Generic Contract Agreement;
Health and Safety concerns must be reported and toolbox talks to be completed and signed.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS - QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- PSIRA Registration (Grade A) Compulsory
- Relevant Security Management Qualification (Diploma in Security Risk Man or Criminology)
- Matric Certificate (Grade 12)
- Driver’s License C1 With PDP
- Minimum of 5 years Security Management experience
- Minimum of 3 - 5 years experience in a Mine Security Environment
- Proven experience in Customer Relations Management
- Similar previous specialized Industry (Advantegeous)
- Sound Experience in Health and Safety, Risk Assessments and/or Audits
- Knowledge of Supply Chain Management
