Control Room Operator - Sydney Casual

* Please note, this is an ad hoc casual role which will involve covering staff leave and dropped shifts

The role and team

Join our security team for our finance client's corporate site based in the CBD. You will be part of a team of 4, reporting to our Security Manager, providing control room monitoring of the site to assist with our client's security needs. We're looking for Officers who have excellent communication, interpersonal, and IT skills. In the role you will:

• Monitor security systems, including CCTV, access control and alarms.
• Manage incidents and events that occur, including emergency situations where support and guidance is required.
• Answer and respond to all incoming calls for both regular and emergency calls.
• Assist with all incident reporting with the Site Manager.

What we're looking for

• Holder of a current NSW Security Licence
• Control Room Endorsement
• Excellent communication skills
