Exciting Opportunity: G4S Secure Solutions Ireland
Position: Receptionist (Relief cover)
Location: Killorglin, CO. Kerry
Basic Pay: €15.41 per hour
Contract Type: Casual
Hours: 8+ per week
Schedule: Must be available to cover Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm
Polite Notice: Due to the location of this role, own transportation is required.

Your Role
You will need excellent communication and organisational skills, as you will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, and a key contributor to the smooth running of office operations
Key Areas of Responsibility
Operating switchboard and directing calls in a professional manner
Sending shipments by courier & handling outgoing post
Managing and ordering stationery and other essential office stock
Being responsible for Meeting Room Booking systems
About You
Personable, friendly, and enjoys interacting with a variety of stakeholders
Minimum of 2 years experience
Excellent verbal & written communication skills
Fluent in English written and oral
Excellent organisational/time management skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Able to prioritise tasks efficiently and work on own initiative
Able to adapt to a fast paced, hands-on environment
Strong Microsoft suite skills (particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel)
PSA Licence: Valid PSA Security Guarding license
Screening and vetting: 5 Years of verifiable employment and personal activity
Relevant experience: A minimum of 2 years security experience in Ireland
