Head of Operations Support - Systems & Data

As the Head of the Operations Support - Systems and Data, you will be the visionary lead driving technology innovation and business intelligence across G4S SSUK. This is a strategic leadership position designed to transform how our business operates by leveraging cutting edge systems and data intelligence. You won’t just manage tools, you will pioneer digital solutions that empower our workforce to work smarter, faster and more effectively.  You will need to possess an eye for detail and the technical skills to challenge your team.

Key Responsibilties 

• Lead Innovation & Strategy;

  • Direct the evolution of our operational technology roadmap. You will identify emerging tech trends to ensure G4S remains a market leader in efficient, tech driven security solutions.
    
    

• Empower the Business;

  • Act as the primary bridge between technology and operations, ensuring our systems are not just functional, but are positive platforms for business growth and employee engagement.
    
    

• Oversee Operational Excellence;

  • Lead your team of Operations Support Managers to provide seamless daily systems management, ensuring all business units receive expert level support and troubleshooting.
    
    

• Driving Data Intelligence;

  • Set the strategy for our BI Analysts. You will oversee the creation of sophisticated data sets using DOMO, Google Looker Studio amongst other platforms to provide the business and executive team with a clear, real time view of performance.
    
    

• Optimise Performance;

  • Use data driven insights to identify cost saving opportunities, streamline workflows and help the business adapt to the ever changing security landscape.
